Job Title: Maintenance Helper

Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Maintenance Helper to join our industrial hose manufacturing team. You will assist in preventive maintenance (PM) work, primarily during the overnight shift. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and some exposure to electrical work. The role includes full training and requires basic maintenance hand tools.

This is a fully on-site position in San Marcos, Texas.

Non-climate controlled manufacturing plant with old equipment and minimal automation or robotics. The facility includes custom-built machines with three lines running
