Job Title: Superintendent Level 2Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Superintendent Level 2 to join our dynamic team, responsible for managing and coordinating field personnel, creating detailed schedules using Microsoft Project, and ensuring all project plans are executed accurately. This role requires a seamless flow between office duties and active field work, maintaining smooth operations and communications with subcontractors.

Hard Skills

  • Ground up construction experience

  • Familiarity with concrete and timber

  • Experience with Type 1 podium, above podium is type 3 and type 5

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project

  • 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience

  • ProCore Software management

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and coordination skills

  • Effective communication

  • Ability to read and understand subcontractor scopes

  • Adaptability between various work environments

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in San Marcos, California.

Work Environment

This position operates in a typical construction site environment and a well-maintained office setting. The company culture promotes work-life balance with opportunities for whole company events and trips. Team collaboration is highly valued, and we strive to include everyone in activities. Working hours are from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, with some weeks requiring 50-55 hours.
