Job Title: Machine Operator 2nd Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will operate assigned machines, ensure production schedules are met, and maintain high efficiency and quality standards. This role involves inspecting parts, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and data entry. You will work in a dynamic environment, coordinating with the Maintenance team and adhering to good housekeeping practices.
Responsibilities
Operate assigned machines to meet production schedules.
Identify and make necessary adjustments to machines to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
Perform inspections and functional testing to determine the quality of parts or subassemblies.
Participate in real-time quality analysis for continuous quality process improvement.
Perform and report root cause failure analysis on products failing functional tests.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for manufacturing machines and processes.
Coordinate with the Maintenance team when problems and/or machine errors occur, providing detailed communication of problems to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
Perform data collection and data entry, including entering nonconforming parts, scrap, and production data into specified Access and Excel files at the end of each shift.
Comply with good housekeeping practices and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Clean assigned machines as directed, looking for indications of machine problems and notifying appropriate personnel of findings.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.33 - $17.33
