In this role, you'll directly support influential leaders within the organization and play a key role in managing communication and workflow. As multitasking is integral to this role, the ideal candidate will thrive in managing multiple priorities at once, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the executives’ office.

• Manage complex calendar scheduling and travel coordination.

• Handle information requests, preparing correspondence, and managing confidential documents.

• Facilitate various meetings including the coordination, preparation of materials, and taking minutes.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with the operation of standard office equipment.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
