• Define, create and implement standards for quality management based on SAP standard functions.

• Realize and secure concepts and standards in SAP R3 and S4/Hana QM to fulfill the requirements of the different customers within quality management.

• Operate R3 and SAP S4/Hana QM module as the business owner of the processes.

• Test system upgrades and system enhancements.

• QM ticket management and user support, trainings and workshops for Global Key user and local Key user.

• Responsible to provide management accessibility to QM related business information; includes data warehouse and other visualization tools (defines specific business requirements).

• Serve as a QM related consultant to business leaders as to the capabilities and efforts for implementation of information needs.

• Bachelor's Degree: in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or similar.

• Advanced English.
