Randstad is partnering with an information management company that works closely with government and commercial clients to find an end user support specialist. We're looking for someone who has 2+ years of both Windows and Linux support. A CompTIA Security+ certification is required.

Onsite in San Luis Obispo, CA

location: San Luis Obispo, California

salary: $33.80 - 37.56 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

Troubleshoots moderately complex delivery systems or network issues and escalates problem as appropriate. Assists with basic computing delivery systems configuration management. Performs basic end-user training.

1. Security+ Certification

1. Experience supporting software development environment

2. 2+ years' experience in Linux application

3. 2+ years' experience in Windows Active Directory Management

4. 2+ years' experience in Windows Updates

5. 2+ years' experience in Microsoft Windows Environment

6. 2+ years' experience in Microsoft Windows

7. 2+ years' experience in Linux
