Warehouse Supervisor
Location: OnSite – San Luis de la Paz, Guanajuato

BASIC FUNCTION:
Under the supervision of the Mgr-Materials, this position is responsible for supervising the correct administration of direct and indirect materials, as well as raw materials that enter Kohler Bajío.
SPECIFIC RESPONSABILITIES:
Supervise the correct administration of Kohler Bajío warehouses, as well as supply to production lines.
Analyze the materials necessary to keep in the general warehouse.
Coordinate the physical inspection of direct materials.
Work closely with the Purchasing, Production and Maintenance departments in order to ensure adequate inventory levels, but working with the lowest possible stock.
Production supermarket management to ensure that the required material is in the production area.
Inform the accounting, quality control and purchasing department of possible damage to the material received so that they can take the necessary measures.
Provide buyers with information on material inventory levels in order to ensure material supply as needed.
Inform the pastes and glazes department when the raw materials arrive so that they can carry out the appropriate tests.
ISO-9001:2015 file management.
Supervises the correct entry of the material received into the system.
Monitor the virtual import receiving process to ensure it matches SAP and was completed on time.
Supervise that indirect materials received for specific users/areas are delivered in a timely manner.
Supervises the correct administration of chemical product rooms.
Ensures strict control of scrap materials.
Administration of 5S's in both warehouses and chemical rooms.
Monitors the correct receipt of invoices in SAP and forwards all invoices to the accounting department in order to pay suppliers.
Lay-out Optimization Administration.
Supervises the correct use of the FIFO system.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Preference Bachelor's degree or Engineering
EXPERIENCE:
Preference 4 years of experience in: warehousing activities; inventories; pull signal; Kan ban; and ISO.
FORMATION:
Preference English (Bilingual) and PreferenceKnowledge of Microsoft Windows based software applications.
