In this position...

  • As the Global Talent Acquisition Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to bring our Ford purpose to life by developing and delivering meaningful data and insights to measure and improve experience, performance, ROI, and planning and projections.

  • You will have primary responsibility for supporting and leading design, build, and delivery of our global TA reporting and analytics strategy.

What you'll do...

  • Lead, support, and execute global Talent Acquisition data strategy for the design, build, and delivery of global metrics: dashboards, reports, data validation, and audits.

  • Lead build of global Talent Acquisition metrics and analysis in Visier to deliver meaningful data insights to multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Develop solutions to complex TA and HR problems requiring regular use of ingenuity and innovation by regularly leveraging advanced analytics techniques to identify patterns and trends in employee data, develop predictive models to inform decision-making, anticipate workforce trends, and identify opportunities for improvement in Talent acquisition. Ensures solutions are consistent with organizational objectives of ensuring maximizing return on investment in talent and human capital through data-backed decision-making and scenario planning.

  • Develop dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership on key HR metrics, trends, and actionable insights in a compelling manner, leveraging data visualizations and storytelling techniques.

  • Develop short term reporting, audits, and insights to inform action, whule scoping long-term objectives to evolve repeatable requests into dynamic dashboards and insights.

  • Partner with HR, People Analytics and Talent teams to align on priorities and provide data and insights to build a cohesive employee lifecycle story.

  • Partner closely with systems, integrations, and process teams on the design, configuration, process, and data management techniques to contribute towards an eco-system in our tech stack; balancing systems automation, intuition and simplicity, data accuracy, and actionable insights.

  • Partner closely with all levels of the organization, including the leadership team, global partners, and related functions to ensure there is healthy collaboration and alignment on work and priorities.

  • Deliver meaningful audit practices and actionable insights.

  • Utilizes employee listening tools and techniques to gather feedback, and identify trends, and problem areas in the domain of recruiting. Leads the determination of objectives and approaches for projects to design, develop, and deploy analytics products for HR and business leaders that drive better, faster, more data-informed decisions in alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Participates in the development of a comprehensive HR data governance framework that ensures data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Business, HR, IT, or related field

  • 3+ years’ experience with SQL, Python, Java, and/or PowerBI

  • 2+ years managing Talent Acquisition and/or HR data team and data strategy, including dashboard design, process and systems analysis, and on-time data delivery

  • 2+ years’ experience creating dashboards, bringing multiple disparate data sets and metrics together in PowerBI or Visier

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Information Systems

  • Demonstrated background in systems analysis or data analysis

  • Experience developing strategy and running multiple projects simultaneously

  • Working with global stakeholders to achieve agreement, continuity, clarity, and consistency in approach

This position is a salary grade 8.
