Humana Organization Effectiveness Lead in San Juan, Puerto Rico

The Organization Effectiveness (OE) Lead will enable Humana to operate at its highest potential by leading sustainable change and enabling high-performing teams to empower associates and leaders and drive results. The OE Lead will report to the Director, Organization Effectiveness, as part of the Organization Effectiveness Center of Excellence (COE) for the enterprise.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and senior-level business leaders to identify and prioritize the most critical, impactful strategic initiatives to deliver business outcomes.

  • Create the best possible experience for all leaders, associates and impacted stakeholders by assessing, designing, and executing organization effectiveness strategies and plans.

  • Drive collaboration with key stakeholders (HRBP, Communications, business sponsors, etc.) and cross-functional teams to design and execute change management strategies and plans.

  • Deliver strategic change consultation to provide visibility into the enterprise and business change landscape.

  • Design and deliver team effectiveness solutions (e.g., team building, group facilitation, new leader assimilation, role clarity, team performance model) in collaboration with key stakeholders.

  • Leverage data to facilitate the development of evidence-based strategies and best practices to address and resolve business challenges

  • Support the tracking and measuring of success to help ensure business, people, and financial goals are achieved.

Secondary Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with OE peers to create consistent and standard materials (e.g., change management resources, team effectiveness toolkits, etc.) to support the scale of OE practices and enable organization, team and individual capability building.

  • Lead and facilitate learning opportunities and training to build leader and associates skills and capabilities in organization effectiveness and change management.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field

  • 5+ years experience in Change Management, Organization Effectiveness, Team Performance

  • Ability to adapt established frameworks and processes to meet the specific needs of the business

  • Ability to assess issues to identify root cause and recommend solutions

  • Ability to manage complex projects with attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently thrive in a matrix team environment

  • Flexibility and capability to perform in ambiguous situations and deal effectively with ambiguity and change

  • Ability to facilitate trainings, workshops and other solutions

  • Ability to conduct stakeholder and root-cause analysis

Preferred Skills & Experiences :

  • Prosci-certified Change Management Professional

  • Ability to establish and optimize management routines and practices

  • Ability to coach executives in organizational and team performance

  • Ability to advise on or conduct organization design efforts

Work-At-Home Requirements:

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

• At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

• Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

• Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

• Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$104,000 - $143,000 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
