Humana is seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Lead, Social Media and Content to join our Corporate Communications team. This role is pivotal in supporting Humana's enterprise social channels, driving engagement, and enhancing our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy, analytics/listening, and data-driven content creation, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns from start to finish.
Key Role Functions
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to support Humana's business objectives and enhance brand visibility
Manage and oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with Humana's brand voice and resonates with our target audience
Utilize social listening tools such as Sprinklr to monitor and analyze social media trends, conversations, and sentiment, providing actionable insights to inform strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using project management tools like Monday.com to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and achieve measurable results
Lead the development and execution of social media campaigns, from concept to completion, demonstrating tangible impact on brand awareness and customer engagement
Analyze social media performance metrics using platforms like Adobe Analytics and Sprinklr, generating dashboards and reports to track the effectiveness of owned and earned campaigns and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
Capable of translating insights into actionable strategies that maximize engagement and performance
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring Humana remains at the forefront of digital innovation
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
10+ years of experience in social media management, social media analytics, content creation, or digital marketing
Proficiency in social listening and measurement tools such as Sprinklr, Meltwater, Talkwalker, etc.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns with measurable impact
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and experience with social media analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
Experience with project management tools like Monday.com
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a regulated industry is highly preferred, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$115,200 - $158,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
