The SOX Auditing Manager will help lead a team that performs reviews of contracts and underwriting documents to ensure accurate information is distributed to various teams to setup or update a client. During reviews, if any variances are identified, you will work closely with other teams to research and ensure corrections are completed. Attention to detail, great time management, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are necessary to excel in this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
Review and analyze complex contracts
Help lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts
Review the work of the team and manage feedback
Support the SOX control by maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance to team standards
Independently interpret and manage team production and metrics as needed
Assist with process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance quality and productivity of outputs
Manage ad hoc assignments and research as needed
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in public accounting or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience as a people leader or mentor
Experience in SOX auditing, controls, or documentation
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Proven excellent English oral and written communication skills, and proficient in Spanish
Demonstrated high attention to detail including ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualification:
- Healthcare industry experience
