We are looking for a Operational Analyst who will enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format at the Site level. You will analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities. You will communicate complex analysis and metrics insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing to drive day to day decision making. These analytics and metrics will help ensure we are focused on what’s important, enable clarity and focus, and delight our customers.

Key job responsibilities

• Prepare Site level Operational dashboard, Reports

• Partner with Tech & Product to streamline data pieplines

• Retrieve and analyze data using SQL, Excel, and other data management systems

• Monitor existing metrics and create/implement new metrics where needed, partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities

• Design and implement reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions

• Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of the existing program implementation.

• Drive small to medium operational enhancement projects

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of Operations analyst, data analytic or similar role experience

• 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

• Experience with Excel and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

• Experience of working with global team and managing large complex data tables
