Job Title: SuperintendentJob Description

As a Superintendent, you will observe and support the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and their subcontractors, ensuring high-quality work that aligns with the approved project schedule. You will develop, document, and communicate changes in the field, maintain an understanding of contract documents to anticipate problems, and verify that all necessary permits are obtained. Establish credibility among owners, contractors, and trade unions while maintaining a fair and trustworthy environment. You will enforce safety compliance, participate in regular contractor meetings, and maintain thorough daily reports using Procore. Additionally, you will oversee the project quality plan, resolve jurisdictional disputes, and perform constructability reviews, ensuring all documentation aligns with established standards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore

• Construction-document and drawing literate

• Experience in all divisions of work, methods, materials, scheduling, and cost control

• Strong knowledge of construction safety processes
