Our opportunity:

This role is part of our Global Treasury team, where you'll take charge of hands-on treasury and cash management, reporting directly to the VP of Tax & Treasury. As a key driver of the group’s treasury and cash management functions, you'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and excellence across operations.

In this pivotal position, you will own and oversee critical processes while contributing to strategic initiatives. You’ll play an essential role in delivering high-quality insights and outputs within set timelines, all while being actively engaged in key internal projects that shape the future of our treasury operations. Who you’ll report to:

This role reports to the VP of Tax & Treasury

Location:

Remote role - ability to work within any U.S time zone

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

Cash Management

  • Hands-on daily cash management operations to support AAI’s global structure

  • Regular cash forecasting process for U.S. and other group entities aiming for accurate forecasting of short term, mid- and long-term basis, by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders

  • Providing leadership accurate forecast vs. actual variance KPI

  • Assisting with intercompany loan, dividend declaration and any other funding / cash centralization methodologies

Banking Relationship & Compliance

  • Serving as coordinator of relationships with external banks to help AAI achieve operational efficiency

  • Responsible for managing the monthly/quarterly and annual compliance

  • Assisting with credit management (including LC/ Bank guarantee)

Currency Risk Management

  • Identification and analysis of entity’s currency, interest risk exposures, and its regular communication to VP, Tax and Treasury

  • Managing group’s efficient and effective currency risk in close collaboration with pricing team

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related quantitative discipline is required

  • Advanced qualifications such as an MBA, CFA, or a treasury-specific designation (e.g., SCT or ACT) are highly preferred

  • A minimum of 10+ years of comprehensive accounting experience, including at least 5+ years in treasury management within a multinational corporate environment

  • Extensive hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of treasury and cash management, with a global perspective

  • Solid understanding of operational processes and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets, develop complex models, and extract actionable insights

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on approach

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively across teams and stakeholders

  • Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work

  • Strong team player who fosters collaboration and contributes to collective success

  • Proactive and forward-thinking, consistently seeking opportunities to improve and drive value

The base salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $185,000 – $200,000 and outside of those locations is $175,000 – 190,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
