Micron is looking for a Sr. Area Team Member Communications & Engagement manager who will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and implementation of internal communication programs to better reach and advise key internal audiences. Reporting to the Team Member Engagement Communications team leader, you’ll coordinate the development of a leader communication program, site communication and activations and the internal company-wide town hall program. You’ll also collaborate with the Corporate Communications team and other collaborators to build communication campaigns to improve the reach and impact of Micron’s brand and business priorities to key audiences. You’ll need to have a strong vision, creativity, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Scope, develop and implement a leader communications program and strategy to engage and keep leader audiences and their teams to build greater alignment to key company messages, lead associated editorial calendar.

  • Partner with the corporate communications team to develop audience-specific campaigns for the company’s intranet, digital signage and email channels, and ensure the right approach is taken for communication campaigns.

  • Partner with the Communication Platform Manager to ensure platform is aligned to communication needs and objectives.

  • Programs lead internal events for global town halls and internal communication-lead events, connecting team members to company strategy and priorities.

  • Develop and formalize a site communication and engagement framework to activate location sites for corporate priorities.

  • Develop communication campaigns to improve content utilization, viewership and engagement.

  • Develop a common set of meaningful metrics for internal reporting and use data to adjust strategy and advise future campaigns and recommendations.

  • Lead internal communication editorial calendar.

Education and Qualifications:

  • A decade’s experience in developing and implementing internal communication programs.

  • Know-how and understanding of crafting audience-specific content.

  • Strong collaborator management and engagement skills.

  • Proven understanding of SharePoint Online/ Viva Connections.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Comfortable with ambiguous requests where not all the information will be available.

  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, and cross time zone.

  • Ability to deliver under pressure and deadline.

  • Diligent with a strong dedication and capacity to deliver high-quality work.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$119,000.00 - $269,500.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
