Senior Full Stack Developer

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Full-stack developers will be required to manage a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Front-end technology: They should know basic front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge about validation, responsiveness, and user experience is a must. They should know at least one framework such as Angular, React, Vujes, Backbonjes, jQuey.
- Back-end technology: They must know about APIs, databases, and server configuration. They must have knowledge of at least one backend framework, such as Django, Spring,.Net, Express.js, or Rails, as well as at least one backend language, such as PHP, Java, C#, Ruby, or Python.
- Database and cache: Knowledge of DBMS systems, such as SQLServer, Oracle, MongoDB, and MySQL, as well as caching technologies like Redis, Memcached, and Varnish.
- Design: They should have knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design.
- Server: working with Nginx or Apache servers and having a strong Linux foundation
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model, with specific expertise in React.js and Node.js.
- Thorough understanding of React.js, its core principles, and popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
- Experience with Node.js and frameworks available for it (such as Express, StrongLoop, etc.).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience in API design and development.
- Design and implement efficient database interactions using relational databases (like MySQL or PostgreSQL) and Redis caching for performance optimization.
- Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize AWS services like EC2, S3, CloudFront, and ElastiCache (for Redis) for deployment, storage, content delivery, and caching.
- Configure and manage infrastructure as code using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth deployments and infrastructure management.
- Lead, mentor and aid junior-level and offshore team members
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
Experience with building RESTful APIs, designing database models, and implementing caching strategies with Redis.
Experience working with AWS cloud technologies (RDS, EC2, S3, ElastiCache) is a must.
