ManpowerGroup Retail Sales Manager in San Jose, California
Our client, is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to join their team. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be part of the retail department supporting their store in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build productive relationships, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Retail Sales Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay Range: $30 per hour
What's the Job?
Provide exceptional service to customers and build lasting relationships.
Communicate effectively to assess customer needs and deliver tailored assistance.
Perform register and merchandising tasks, including re-stocking and pricing.
Work towards achieving the store's sales plan and individual sales goals.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment throughout the business day.
What's Needed?
Six (6) or more months of related sales and/or customer service experience.
Ability to remain knowledgeable on products and company procedures.
Proactive attitude and initiative in various tasks.
Excellent customer service skills and a customer-first mindset.
Physical ability to lift products and boxes up to 50lbs and stand or walk for 80% of the time.
