Job Description:

• Perform quality inspections of outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

• Conduct testing using various tools and equipment to verify product quality.

• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.

• Communicate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide input on process enhancements.

• Adhere to safety and quality control procedures at all times.

salary: $25 - $30 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Conduct dimensional and functional testing of products using various tools and equipment

• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities

• Communicate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide input on process improvements

• Adhere to safety and quality control procedures at all times

• Open boxes and review sheets to verify correct product is being shipped

• Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working weekends
