As a Quality Control Inspector,you will utilize your expertiseinapplyinggeometric dimensioning and tolerancing to metal machining toensure the highest quality ofmedical device production.You will operate Zeiss CNC CMM toaccurately measure device components and compile data.Yourstrong programming skills,attention to detail,and commitment to accuracy will be vital in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections throughout theproduction process, from receivingto final inspections, to ensure medical devicesmeetthe highest of quality standards.
- Programand Operate Zeiss O-inspectCoordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs)to perform precise measurements.
- Accurately measure components using manual tools includingmicrometers, calipers,andcomparator/video measuring systems.
- Ensure allQAequipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and in good working condition.
- Collaborate with machinists to enhance product quality and address any quality-related issues during the manufacturing process.
Key Qualifications
- 5+years experiencein quality control andCMM operation
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Expertise inGDandT,Calypso software,manual measuring tools, andvideo systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills
- Detail oriented, committed to accuracy, and organized
