Adecco is currently assisting a local client in South San Jose, CA recruiting for a Maintenance Technician. These Maintenance Technician jobs are possible Temp to Hire positions, with a pay of $25.00 an hour. Monday to Friday with a flexible start time of 6am or 7am. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems throughput building.

• Complete daily facilities requests (repairs/Handy-Man work)

• Overseeing landscape maintenance and pest control.

• Keeping documents of inspections and problems.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff.

• Repair or replace broken equipment parts.

Qualifications:

• Experience trouble shooting and repairing HVAC systems.

• Construction skills such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and welding

• Administrative skills for ordering supplies, handling records and scheduling maintenance.

• Basic computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Strong verbal and written communication for discussing maintenance issues.

Education and Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience preferred in commercial facilities maintenance, or equivalent experience.

• Strong organizational and excellent communication skills are required.

What's in this for you:

• Pay rate $25.00 an hour.

• Weekly Pay – you receive a paycheck every week (Friday)

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
