Responsibilities

Maintenance Manager will oversee the whole maintenance department on daily operations and train/coach staff on related maintenance tasks

5 years of leadership experience, problem-solving and communication skills

Manufacturing equipment maintenance experience is highly preferred

Ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Experience with maintenance management software and tools

Skills

• MANUFACTURING SETTING (8 years of experience is preferred)

• MAINTENANCE MANAGER (5 years of experience is preferred)

• Troubleshoot equipments (5 years of experience is preferred)

• Preventative Maintenance

• PCB Manufacturing (5 years of experience is preferred)
