Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Tier 3 Network Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years experience in high end Citrix and UCS server

 Meet customer agreements (SLO/SLA) and ensure high satisfaction.

 Handle complex incidents, provide remote troubleshooting, and perform lab analysis.

 Work with internal and external teams, support major issue resolution, and mentor colleagues.

 Follow and improve team processes, manage changes, and lead problem management efforts.

 Participate in on-call rotation, assist with design recommendations, software deployment, and team management tasks.

Skills and Requirements

Strong technical experience to include deep understanding & advanced troubleshooting of the following Data Center technologies:

o Citrix XenServer (UCS), Virtual Apps & Desktops, and Netscaler technologies

o VMWare ESXi & vCenter

o Cisco UCS B, C, X and S series server platform

 Associates/bachelors degree in a technical discipline plus 5-10 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or Technical Assistance Center CCNP Data Center or higher

 Cisco Hyperflex

 Nexus switching (Strong understanding of Layer 2 as it relates to UCS)

 EMC, NetApp and Pure Storage technologies

 KVM Hypervisor

 Linux

 Orchestration software (e.g. NSO and Cloud Center) null
