HR Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Execute recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.

  • Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or related fields.

  • 1-3 years of HR experience in recruitment, training, or employee relations.

  • Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment platforms.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred
