Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Administrative Assistant in San Jose, CA!

Pay: $30/hr

Shift: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p

Note: This is in-office, onsite. No other options available.

Responsibilities for job include Administrative Assistant but are not limited to:

  • Assist with US Customs clearance of international shipments

  • Administrative tasks

  • Shipping of products

Education requirements:

  • High School Diploma

Qualifications for this Administrative Assistant

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite

  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team

  • Strong communication skills

  • 1+ years of administrative experience

  • International shipping experience

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
