Our client is located in San Jose. They are looking for an experienced accounting clerk who has utilized SAGE within the construction industry. Please if this sounds like a good fit!

• TYPE: Temp-To-Hire

• LOCATION: Onsite in San Jose

• PAY: $30-$32 per hour

• SCHEDULE: M-F Full-time

They are looking to start someone ASAP!

salary: $30 - $32 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial transactions, such as credit card and bank reconciliations, and manage the accounts payables and accounts receivables process

• Perform extensive data entry to ensure all financial data is input into accounting software

• Update and maintain accurate financial records, contracts, annual budgets, tax reports, and financial statements

• Process invoices, checks, and payroll accurately and on time and resolve any invoice issues

• Safeguard the accuracy of the general ledger and journal entries, prepare balance sheets, and financial reports

• Ad-hoc tasks as needed

• Accounts Payable (7 years of experience is required)

• Accounts Receivable (7 years of experience is required)

• Bank Reconciliations (7 years of experience is required)

• Invoices (7 years of experience is required)

• Vendor Management (7 years of experience is required)
