About Our Client: Our client is a dynamic and innovative company based in San Francisco and renowned for its commitment to customer service. They are currently seeking a Workplace Coordinator with a high level of customer service skills to manage their office operations on site.

Job Description: As a Workplace Coordinator, you will ensure our office operations run smoothly and provide a high-quality experience for our team and our visitors alike. This role will demand a strong focus on customer service, and an ability to create an optimal work environment for our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service by aiding employees and answering inquiries to ensure a well-functioning workspace.

  • Oversee office functions such as cleaning, security, maintenance, and parking.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Organize office events to foster a vibrant work culture.

  • Manage office layout and coordinate necessary maintenance or renovations.

  • Collaborate with the IT department on all office equipment.

  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring excellent service.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on customer service.

  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Skills in problem-solving and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word, in particular).

  • Previous knowledge of office operations and facilities management.
