Join our team and play a meaningful role in advancing Unity’s Ads strategy. You will focus on elevating applied research and developing innovative machine learning solutions to optimize Unity’s ad networks, marketplace, and audience tools.

What you'll be doing

• Design and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges effectively.

• Stay at the forefront of machine learning research to continually enhance Unity's Ad platform capabilities through innovative solutions.

• Optimize and improve machine learning practices to establish Unity as a groundbreaking leader in the industry.

• Analyze data and validate hypotheses on new models and datasets to refine and expand their potential use cases.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate data and machine learning requirements, guiding the future vision of Ads at Unity.

What we're looking for

• A proven track record of guiding machine learning development to ensure innovative and impactful outcomes.

• Hands-on experience with modeling frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, including insights into model architectures and performance mechanisms.

• Proven ability to translate cutting-edge research into practical, high-impact product innovations.

• Effective written/verbal communication skills to articulate the efficacy and interpretation of machine learning models.

• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods to uncover challenges and identify growth opportunities.
