About the Role

As the Senior Manager of Store Strategy and Projects, you will proactively manage and set direction for projects, including,

strategy, execution, and measurement. This role is at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative strategies

and capabilities to modernize store operations, aiming for profitability and an optimized shopping experience. You will lead

a team to create and manage tools and resources that drive increased execution of Old Navy projects and strategy. This

role plays a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction of Old Navy Stores, with a keen focus on enhancing sales

productivity and the in-store experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the long-range strategy for store organization, including portfolio management and business analysis of strategic initiatives.

  • Direct the execution of the Store Operations Annual Operating Plan (AOP), in collaboration with cross-functional teams including C&E Leadership, HR, Visual, and Operations.

  • Spearhead strategic initiatives across brands and functions, ensuring the modernization of the in-store experience and incremental sales growth.

  • Oversee project management processes, ensuring operational excellence, clear governance, and measurable results before transitioning programs to leadership.

  • Develop and refine projectscope, structure, and approach, quantitative and qualitative analyses.

  • Responsible for the end results of the strategy team that is dedicated to operational controls, strategic alignment, and achievement of AOP initiatives.

  • Ability to assess complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions.

  • Influence and build consensus among business partners.

Who You Are

  • Store Operations experience with a passion for developing team members and mentoring future leaders.

  • Experience leading large program management efforts including establishing effective governance structures, cross functional coordination, and executive stakeholder management and reporting.

  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic business landscape.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize, and adapt to a changing environment.

  • Strong relationship building skills and experience working closely with senior executives and cross functional partners to influence strategic agendas and operationalize key strategic initiatives.

  • Strong critical thinking and business curiosity, including strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with complex and detailed data to drive insights and decisions.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and advisory skills, including speechwriting experience; proven track record of delivering exceptional written work.

  • Flexible to workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of business; able to travel overnight as required.

Salary Range: $115,600 - $167,000 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
