The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is looking for a dynamic Sr./Integration Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management Team.

The IAM team is a collaborative organization which supports Federal Reserve Bank needs for security and compliance initiatives associated with identity and access life cycle management. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcome while using our products by better understanding the customer experience. The candidate is a goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as 2nd level support on customer escalations.

  • Responsible for owning incidents and defects, and intermediating between personnel on other teams.

  • Work directly with team and customers to ensure software defects are represented and solved within documented SLAs

  • Become an expert in house-developed software, product architecture, and familiarized with solutions and databases based on-premise or in the cloud

  • Proactively enable the team with knowledge gained from customers and internal stakeholders

  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and team members

  • Collaborates across teams and with customers to improve integration, infrastructure, and release processes.

  • Recommends integration and infrastructure stability solutions and provides direction for security and resiliency.

  • Champions operational best practices and promotes standardization to improve the overall customer centric experience.

  • Contributes to knowledge articles, ensuring the team promotes a seamless delivery of support to our customers.

  • Perform peer reviews of integration code or configurations.

  • Drives incident management solutions by leading work sessions and customer engagements to resolution.

  • Comfortable in communicating expanded skill sets to other team members to grow team knowledge.

  • 24x7 On Call rotation supporting production stability and product releases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems/Programming, related discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • Integration Engineer typically requires 3 or more years of relevant technical or business work experience

  • Sr. Integration Engineer typically requires 5 or more years of relevant technical experience

  • Expert in debugging technical issues at various levels of a complex enterprise system

  • Works with partners across all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.

  • Demonstrates an informed knowledge of a business area to resolve problems on an ongoing basis.

  • Understanding of the following tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, PowerShell, ServiceNow, Identity Access Management concepts.

  • Proficient in SQL

  • Proficient in Scrum methodologies

  • Familiar with Okta, Azure concepts

  • Familiar with Automations concepts and solutions

  • Familiar with Cloud and SAS Technology

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green card holder with an intent to become U.S. Citizen

Base Salary Range for Integration Engineer: Min: $87,600 Mid: $113,600 Max: $139,900 (Location: San Francisco)

Base Salary Range for Sr. Integration Engineer: Min: $104,400 Mid: $135,400 Max: $166,700 (Location: San Francisco)

Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
