Description We are in search of a Sr Data Entry Specialist to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be tasked with managing data entry tasks, maintaining the integrity of our databases, and resolving any data-related issues. Your key responsibilities will also include maintaining an organized filing system and ensuring the confidentiality of customer information. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate entry and maintenance of data in various database systems.

• Receive, compile, interpret, and verify data for accuracy before system entry.

• Manage both electronic and hard copy filing systems for applications, rebates, and other documents, ensuring easy access and organization.

• Provide basic troubleshooting assistance and formulate solutions for data-related issues to ensure smooth operations.

• Adhere to company protocols to safeguard confidential customer information. Requirements • Applicant must have at least one year of experience in a similar role as a Sr Data Entry Specialist

• Proficiency in Rebate and Data Entry is required

• Strong skills in Database Management are essential

• Experience with e-Filing is a necessity for this position

• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suites is expected

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is necessary

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are required

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion is a must

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
