Uber Senior Project Manager, M&A Legal in San Francisco, California

We are searching for a Senior Project Manager, M&A Legal who will partner closely with Uber's Corporate Development team and other legal and non-legal cross-functional teams on domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, investments, and other strategic transactions. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Corporate Development, M&A Integration, internal and external counsel, and other stakeholders to support and manage strategic transactions globally.

  • Coordinate legal due diligence investigation, production, and reporting efforts.

  • Manage the process for drafting, reviewing, executing, and performing transaction documents.

  • Work closely with M&A integration, tax, finance, and other teams on integration planning, execution, and other post-closing matters.

  • Help develop and implement standardized processes and templates with an eye toward improving efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of project management, operations, consulting, or relevant experience.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive alignment and achieve common goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in M&A and strategic transactions is a plus!

  • Curious and self-motivated with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving, and driving action.

  • Strong program and project management skills with a focus on KPI setting, tracking, and experience extracting insights from data, visualizing and summarizing findings.

  • The ability to juggle multiple projects at a time in an exciting, fast-paced environment, both collaborating as a team to stay in sync and working independently to get the job done.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Embody the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and accountability.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$168,500 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
