Airtable Senior Content Marketer in San Francisco, California

The Content team at Airtable helps drive content strategy and execution for campaigns and product launches, creating ebooks, reports, blogs, demos, web experiences, customer stories, and sales enablement material. For this particular role, we’re looking for a seasoned rock star writer that will quickly understand our customers and our business and translate that understanding into quality content experiences that drive impact, and raise the bar on how we tell our story. This role requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking, along with a deep understanding of content marketing principles.

What you'll do

  • Work alongside fellow campaign leaders to elevate the quality of our content and drive engagement, traffic, and conversions across demand-gen channels.

  • Strategize and create ebooks, reports, thought leadership, videos, demos, customer stories, and other bespoke storytelling formats.

  • Deliver a bill of materials against a campaign, and participate in webinar strategy.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to design content for feature launches, such as websites, blog posts, digital promotions, etc.

  • Generate ideas for new content initiatives and campaigns that align with current trends and audience interests.

  • Conduct content audits and performance analysis to optimize content ROI.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our content strategy across all channels and formats.

  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience.

    Who you are

  • Have 8+ years experience in a content creation role, with a track record of creating engaging and high-performing content.

  • Proven success in developing content experiences that drive impact, with experience using content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools to manage and track content performance.

  • You care about big ideas and small details because that’s what it takes to create high-quality work.

  • Enjoy learning from and working alongside other creatives

  • Skilled at explaining your work. You are proactive, clear, and thoughtful in your communication with team members and stakeholders

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.

  • Deep understanding of content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing principles.

  • Think strategically and translate strategic goals into actionable plans.

  • A team player who can prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:

$153,000 — $199,300 USD

For all other work locations (including remote), the base salary range for this role is:

$137,700 — $179,400 USD
