Summary
The Project Manager - Rigging Services is responsible for the management and coordination of all overhead rigging, sign hanging, lighting, and associated electrical requirements for produced events. This position serves as the primary liaison between the exhibitors and Project Manager – Rigging Logistics or technical rigging show lead to ensure successful coordination of rigging requirements.
This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Redwood City, CA.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Creates and maintains show files/show kits to ensure completion of required documentation
Works with the clients to gather specifications and enter into the appropriate systems
Creates estimates for clients
Produces and processes on-site work tickets as required
Completes work tickets and enters dismantle labor
Ensures labor tickets are signed by exhibitors
Dispatches labor and obtains detailed information about installation upon return
Creates final billing reports for invoicing
Invoices shows
Updates Salesforce as needed
Updates Job Cost Report
Create training material and training of Project Manager – Rigging Services position
Upsell Enterprise products to exhibitors
Creates packaged pre-work to hand off to show site personnel
Create and Test new processes and procedures
Scheduling of Project Manager – Rigging Services position
Performs other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
Minimum 4 years experience in labor coordination or exhibitor services preferred
Proficient in MS Office suite
Proficient with Google Sheets & Google Docs
Proficient in Salesforce
Ability to interpret floor plans
Understanding of rigging safety procedures preferred
Familiarity with local union jurisdictions and rules preferred
Technical overhead rigging training required
Valid drivers license required
Travel Requirements
Travel 50% to 75%

Salary range of $55,000-65,000 based upon experience
Eligible for an annual bonus of up to 5% of the base salary
