We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in San Francisco, California for a PowerPoint Presentation Designer. The incumbent will be involved in the transformation and enhancement of visual content used for pitching to large-scale companies. The job function includes, but is not limited to, reading and editing content, creating intuitive visual stories, and incorporating infographics based on recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Making content visually appealing by updating existing pitch deck.

• Reading and making necessary edits to the content to create a more intuitive visual story.

• Incorporating infographics and other edits based on recommendations to enhance the visual appeal of the presentation.

• Working with a creative team that operates as a shared service for the company, similar to an internal agency across different business sectors.

• Using personal equipment to perform tasks, with the client providing remote access.

• Applying skills in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft PowerPoint, MS PowerPoint, and PowerPoint Presentation.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a PowerPoint Presentation Specialist or similar role.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Must have a strong understanding of compliance standards relevant to the role.

• Experience in customer service and data entry is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and MS PowerPoint is a must.

• Must have a proven track record of creating effective PowerPoint presentations.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• A positive attitude and problem-solving abilities are essential.
