Meta Partner Strategist Brazil, Telco Ecosystem Partnerships in San Francisco, California

Summary:

Telco Ecosystem Partnerships at Meta is key to our mission to build community and bring the world closer together via connectivity and access. Meta Telco Ecosystem Partnerships is seeking an individual who is passionate about connecting our global community to help build and scale analytics insights and products aimed at our Mobile Operators and Telecommunications partners in Americas.

Required Skills:

Partner Strategist Brazil, Telco Ecosystem Partnerships Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with Mobile Operator and Telecom Infrastructure partners around Brazil to understand their business needs and challenges and deliver value to them through insights

  2. Partner with Product team to understand strategy, define regional go-to-market plan for the product suite and feed success & learnings back to inform, influence and support our Insights product roadmap

  3. Collaborate with partner managers to build long term engagement plans to drive partner value

  4. Lead partner engagements, capture their vision and drive the overall initiatives at an executive/C-suite level

  5. Work with Data Science team to scope projects, build narratives and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to use for partners’ business strategies

  6. Develop learning agenda for partner engagement, as well as lead and facilitate training sessions and workshops

  7. Develop new frameworks and methodologies to scale program(s) and identify potential value to create opportunities

  8. Up to 40% travel across the Americas (primarily Brazil)

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ year of experience working within or with the telco industry

  2. 8+ years of experience in project management, strategy analytics or equivalent function

  3. Fluency in Portuguese and English with communication and presentation skills for C-level audiences

  4. Project management experience leading multiple time-sensitive projects with partners

  5. Customer experience insight generation, strategic formation, transformation management and analytics proficiency

  6. Experience handling complex projects with diverse international teams in a fast-paced setting

  7. Interpersonal skills and data-driven approach to drive actions and transform concepts into effective metrics

  8. Partner-facing experience

Public Compensation:

$129,000/year to $187,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
