RGP Oracle Data Conversion Lead in San Francisco, California
As an Oracle Data Conversion Management Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful performance and completion of projects as well as the seamless transition to sustainability. In this role, you will work in partnership with stakeholders across multiple functional areas as an extension of the client teams and manage all aspects of a project through its entire lifecycle.
Several years' experience with performing complex data migration between old and new ERP and financial systems during implementation projects including mapping, loading and validation of all migrated master and transactional data.
Functional experience required creating data mapping elements based on new system requirements created during the project design phase.
Experience leveraging and administering automated data migration tools associated with loading data into Oracle Cloud products is highly preferred.
Experience migrating from a Microsoft to an Oracle ERP Cloud solution is desirable.
Experience performing system integration testing for migrated data also required. Functional experience working with accounting, procurement, planning, and consolidation data is highly desirable.
Excellent organization and project management skills required as large portfolio of data with many moving parts needs to be carefully planned, executed, and documented with SOX-level quality for audit purposes.
In the role of Data Migration Lead the resource will assess, plan, and execute all data migration needs in conjunction with an SI counterpart on the Oracle implementation project.
This will require transforming several years of historic data from the existing systems to be replaced with Oracle Cloud primarily including D365 ERP and Hyperion, and additionally as needed: Blackline, Planful, Concur, Workiva and other TBD boundary apps to potentially be replaced.
Manage the overall performance and delivery of large cross-functional projects in large, complex organizations
Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, including: scope, schedule, risks, issues and budget using established methodology (e. . , SDLC, Agile or Waterfall)
Act as the liaison between business and technology functions, including working closely with key stakeholders and end users
Develop and prioritize project deliverables and artifacts
Facilitate training, project communication and overall change management for the projects
Communicate with senior management on project status and performance
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree is a plus
7-plus years of project management experience with responsibility for the overall performance and delivery of large cross-functional projects, including scoping, schedules, risks, issues and budgets.
Fortune 500 background and/or Big Four consulting experience strongly preferred.
Experienced Scrum Master, PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications preferred.
Full project life cycle implementation experience with large corporate systems, managing complex enterprise projects and leading and directing the work of project teams.
Excellent communication skills; strong relationship and consensus building skills to work in a team environment and interface with all organizational levels.
Project management experience in implementations of any of the following: ERP (i. . SAP, Oracle), SaaS (e. . Blackline, OneStream, Zoura, CoStar, LeaseAccelerator), Master Data Management (MDM), Data Security and Governance, HR (i. . Workday, PeopleSoft), CRM, Business Intelligence, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Custom Software.
Experience developing and maintaining standard project documentation, project plans, agendas, action items lists and deliverables; ensures adherence to company/PMO Project Management Standards and Software Development Lifecycle best practices.
Proficiency in project management tools (i. . MS Project, Clarity, Smartsheet) preferred.
Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
Pay Range: $80-$95/hr
