Job Title: Operations manager
Location: San Francisco
Reports to: Assistant General Manager
Compensation: Salary $72,000
About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager to support our Assistant General Manager in overseeing the efficient functioning of all current and future branch operations. The successful candidate will assist in managing daily operations, maintaining safety and customer service standards, and ensuring ethical decision-making across the team. This role requires a proactive individual capable of meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), providing training resources to staff, and adapting to the dynamic nature of the operations field.
Key Responsibilities:

?Support the Assistant General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations across branches.
?Ensure adherence to safety standards and foster a strong customer service culture.
?Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to meeting organizational goals.
?Assist in managing employee training and development to ensure teams have the resources needed to succeed.
?Coordinate and manage team activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
?Collaborate with team members to solve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
?Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain ethical standards across operations.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
