Description

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate commercial aircraft transactions, collaborating with the client's legal teams globally.

• Oversee aircraft leasing and finance processes, coordinating with internal and external legal partners.

• Assist in drafting legal documents, managing document execution, and handling transaction documentation.

• Collaborate with various departments including technical, accounting, finance, and marketing.

• Support special projects and corporate legal needs as required.

• Maintain communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and deadlines.

• Prepare and organize documentation, reports, and presentations for meetings.

• Manage document storage and organization both on-site and off-site.

• Input and maintain data in the Global Entities Management System (GEMS) database.

• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal abilities.

• Flexible with work responsibilities and hours.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

• Resourceful and capable of working independently or in a team.

• Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes.
