You Are:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Manager to lead strategic technology transformation initiatives for our clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong blend of a technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to build client trust and deliver innovative solutions.

The Work:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients for technology transformation programs, engage in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders to identify business drivers for transformation programs

• Lead financial model and business case development for technology transformations

• Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisor

• Mentor a high performing team of data analysts and modeler

• Support the sales team in client proposals and RFP responses

• Be ready to rack up those air miles with weekly travel to client sites Monday through Thursday

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with IT infrastructure technology (compute, network, storage) with a strong focus on both data center and cloud landing zones

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience Data ETL, analytics and synthesis experience,

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience with financial modeling, business case design, developing ROI, Cost-Benefit and TCO models for technology organizations

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in advisory roles, working with senior business and IT stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points If:

• Advanced experience in PowerPoint and MS Excel with Power Suite,

• Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)

• You have team lead experience

• You have external client-facing consulting experience

• DB experience a plus (SQL, Big Data, etc,)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
