Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite only)

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefit programs and respond to employee inquiries about benefits.

• Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and executing inductions and onboarding activities.

• Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys, etc.

• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

• Maintain employee records in line with policy and legal requirements.

• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance is upheld.

• Assist with payroll processing.

Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in an HR role or similar.

• Proficiency with MS Office and knowledge of HRMS.

• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
