Job Title: Front of House Attendant

Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Front of House Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to members in our upscale lounge. Your responsibilities include maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, managing the buffet and open bar, and ensuring that guests have a seamless experience when ordering food and beverages. This role requires a customer-focused attitude, physical endurance, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in the lounge, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.

• Maintain and monitor the buffet and open bar, ensuring food and beverages are stocked, fresh, and presented attractively.

• Serve beer and wine directly to guests, ensuring compliance with all serving regulations.

• Keep tables clean, remove dishes, and maintain a tidy lounge environment throughout service.

• Carry heavy trays, including ceramic trays with small portioned dishes, to and from the buffet and bar areas.

• Consistently walk and stand throughout the shift, covering various sections of the lounge.

• Ensure timely refills of food and drinks, responding promptly to guest requests.

• Assist in setting up and breaking down the buffet and bar area before and after service hours.

• Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Pay: $22/hr

Shifts

330am – 11am; Monday – Friday

10am – 6pm; Thursday – Monday

34pm – 12am; Monday
