Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage 10SB's financial resources, ensuring alignment with short- and long-term goals. The FC will oversee financial transactions, systems, and compliance with regulations, while supporting global finance teams and senior leadership to drive profitable growth for US entities. Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Provide clear direction and delegate tasks to the finance team, both short- and long-term.
Address team issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct annual performance reviews and mentor team members to maximize their potential.
Financial Management:
Oversee financial analysis, reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable/receivable, inventory, and cost control.
Prepare monthly financial reports including:
Month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash forecasts.
Project summaries and new projects for CRM reconciliation.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including 5-year plans.
Monitor daily cash balances and manage banking relationships.
Handle payroll processes and 401(k) plan administration (filings and audits).
Manage professional liability policies, business tax returns, and US Census Bureau filings.
Oversee corporate credit card program and ensure financial consistency across global teams.
Analyze company revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and financial indicators.
Ensure project plans are up-to-date and aligned with business needs.
Strategic Advice & Reporting:
Update and implement financial policies and procedures in line with company goals.
Provide financial reports, technical expertise, and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
Prepare detailed financial analysis, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
Evaluate and recommend investments, funding sources, and other key financial decisions.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
10+ years as a finance executive or in a comparable role at a major corporation.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
Strong management experience required.
Experience in a partnership environment is a plus.
International experience is highly preferred.
