Description We are in search of a Legal Assistant, based in San Francisco, California. The role revolves around providing support in Estate Planning with a focus on medium paralegal skills. You will be expected to bring value to our clients and work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative, organizational, and time-management support to the legal team.

• Communicate effectively with clients via email.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Products and related tools and technology for daily operations.

• Be proactive in following up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

• Handle wills, trusts, and probate proceedings with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.

• Coordinate with county offices for recordings deeds, obtaining death certificates, and similar activities.

• Utilize skills in Estate Planning and e-Filing in a legal context.

• Perform administrative law duties as required. Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience

• Knowledge and experience in Estate Planning, e-Filing, and Administrative Law.

• Excellent ability to draft legal documents and correspondence.

• Proficiency in using legal research software and other relevant databases.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team as well as independently.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
