Wells Fargo Digital Product Management Director - Credit Card Servicing in SAN FRANCISCO, California

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Director in Strategy, Digital, and Innovation (SDI) to lead the digital servicing strategy and execution in support of our Consumer Credit Card products. In this role, the leader will:

  • Lead a team of digital product managers, product owners, and delivery leads in developing the next generation of digital customer experiences for Wells Fargo credit card customers

  • Work closely with key partners including line of business, design team (XD), and technology to develop the product vision for digital credit card capabilities

  • Drive alignment on the vision and roadmap based on desired customer and business outcomes; translate the vision into an implementable plan, and provide leadership to the cross-functional team to deliver on the plan and continue or digital and mobile evolution

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a high-performing team in developing the next generation of our digital customer experiences for Credit Card customers

  • Work closely with key stakeholders (design team, line of business, etc) to ensure solutions achieve customer and business needs. Translate these solutions into actionable plans that ultimately feed into product roadmap

  • Work horizontally within SDI to ensure digital solutions for credit card customers work in harmony with existing platforms and experiences

  • Collaborate closely with technology to ensure visions are aligned and solutions are achieved

  • Manage controls to properly mitigate risk in the space. Work closely with Controls, Risk, Legal and Compliance partners to ensure proper oversight is achieved and maintained

  • Stay connected to evolving customer and business needs to feed into our digital product vision

Skills:

  • A successful candidate has a strong background in digital product management with a proven track record of successful execution. For this role, strong communication skills and storytelling ability is paramount. A background in strategy development is key, particularly using data to drive decisions and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, product management, channel management and performance

  • 3+ years of leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry

  • Proficient in customer journey, business case realization and portfolio management

  • Experience leading in an agile organization and knowledge of agile development processes

  • Proven and demonstrated leadership skills including relationship building, partnering and collaborating, and ability to influence / gain buy-in with a diverse group of key business partners/leaders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior management and ability to articulate key messages around risk, issues, customer impacts, etc. in a straightforward and understandable manner

  • Ability to energize and motivate others; thrives in teams; highly inclusive and collaborative with proven ability to lead through influence vs. authority

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$207,900.00 - $431,900.00
