Some Responsibilities as a Corporate Accounting Manager:

• Evaluate Funds' quarterly and annual financial statements for accuracy and adherence to US GAAP standards.

• Collaborate with the Finance management team to ensure prompt and precise audit and tax filings.

• Including coordinating with external service providers, addressing technical tax and accounting matters, and facilitating the audit and tax procedures internally and externally.

  Requirements

• CPA with over 5+ years of audit or tax experience in public accounting or private equity/venture firm.

• In addition to 2+ years of review experience and one year as a manager.

• Degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics, with a strong GPA preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
