Meta Compensation Analyst (Short-Term Emplyee) in San Francisco, California
Summary:
Meta is seeking a Compensation Analyst with demonstrated analytical and operational experience to support the delivery of offers and the preparation of audits/reports related to new hire compensation.This will be a short-term in office position intended to last no longer than 12 months to provide support to Meta’s existing Compensation team.

Foster cross-functional partnership with Meta recruiting teams
Work with recruiting and/or leaders to develop offers
Apply your experience in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions
Build and maintain reports/metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods
Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis
Analyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through reporting
Work with large amounts of data and build mechanisms to streamline processes
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in compensation, recruiting, consulting, finance, or a similarly applicable field
Experience in Excel, including experience building analyses and models
Project management experience

- BS/BA in Economics, Finance, HR, or related discipline
Public Compensation:
$93,000/year to $136,000/year + benefits
