Description
Robert Half is seeking a talented and passionate attorney to join our San Francisco client's plaintiff-side personal injury team.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive client interviews to understand the facts and assess the merits of potential cases.
Investigate accidents and gather evidence, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
Develop strong legal strategies and negotiate effectively with insurance companies to obtain fair settlements for clients.
Prepare and file all necessary legal documents, adhering to strict deadlines.
Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations if necessary.
Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and legal precedents in personal injury law.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, paralegals, and support staff.
Requirements
Qualifications
J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation (or demonstrably relevant legal experience).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proven track record of success in obtaining favorable outcomes for clients (preferred).
Membership in the State Bar of California is a requirement.
Prior experience working in the San Francisco Bay Area is a plus.
