Description

Part time IT Support Engineer to serve one of its largest Data Center services clients. This person will be responsible for managing IAM protocols using MS Entra ID, supporting end users in Microsoft technologies, and helping with other related IT support tasks. Bright Machines is a small organization with a start up mentality, and this person should be open to wearing multiple hats. 60% of the time this person will be doing IAM back end work, which includes working to automate employee onboarding/offboarding, managing permissions and access to certain applications, and maintaining the Entra ID system. 40% of the time they will be providing end user support to employees both in San Francisco and in other field offices with various technologies, including but not limited to Office 365 administration, Firewalls, and Networks. They will be supporting about 200 end users in total. After 90 days of part time work this person will be considered for full time employment with Bright Machines.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
