Description
We are on the lookout for an Administrative Coordinator in San Francisco, California. The selected candidate will be a crucial part of our team, managing a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This role is a short term contract employment opportunity and will provide the chance to work in an engaging and dynamic industry.
Responsibilities:
• Handle telephone and email communications professionally, responding promptly and efficiently.
• Act as a reliable support for the team, assisting with a variety of tasks as needed.
• Manage volunteer scheduling and group orientations, ensuring an efficient and organized process.
• Maintain a keen awareness of the community and environment, contributing positively to our work culture.
• Assist with budget processes and financial services, utilizing skills in ADP.
• Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate customer and volunteer records.
• Use communication and calendar management skills to coordinate schedules and meetings.
• Handle inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Use Cisco Webex Meetings for virtual meetings and coordination.
• Manage advertising tasks, including the creation and management of banner ads.
• Utilize Concur and About Time software for efficient workflow management.

Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Administrative Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services.
• Experience in creating and managing Banner Ads.
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for coordinating virtual meetings and conferences.
• Proficiency in using Concur for travel and expense management.
• Experience with CRM systems for managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of About Time software for time tracking.
• Experience in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Understanding of budget processes and financial management.
• Ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
