Insight Global Loss Prevention Representative in San Dimas, California

Job Description

Position Overview: The Loss Prevention Representative manages the sale of products or services for a specific client and provides quality service to meet the clients expectations. This role involves frequent communication with the client, addressing questions, recommending products or services, and handling complaints. The representative will also estimate and analyze records of past and present operations, trends, costs, revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations. The pay is $20/hr and hybrid (3 days/week on-site) one training is completed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Retrieving copies of checks

Assisting with closing aged cases

Handling checks and frauds

Processing a high volume of transactions

Providing a high-level process overview
